Munich-based agri-PV developer Feldwerke has secured a €12M revolving credit facility to fund 100 MW of agricultural-photovoltaic projects over the next 18 months, drawing from a 250 MW pipeline. The company, founded in October 2023, recently brought Germany's largest agri-PV park online in Bavaria. The revolving structure allows Feldwerke to draw capital as construction milestones are hit, repay when permanent financing closes, and redraw for subsequent projects. The financing is underpinned by Germany's favorable policy environment including EEG tariffs, KfW 270 loans, and accelerated permitting under the Merz government's renewables push.
