Array Types in TypeScript

TLDRMatt Pocock ran a poll about the usage of (generic syntax) vs (array syntax), and the result of that poll was baffling to him. More than 78% of people on Twitter are just flat out wrong, he says. There is absolutely no functional difference between the two notations.
