Export Harden-Runner Security Insights and Detections to Amazon S3

StepSecurity now supports exporting Harden-Runner security insights and detections directly to an Amazon S3 bucket. This integration enables security teams to stream CI/CD telemetry from GitHub Actions into their own infrastructure for long-term storage, SIEM integration, custom alerting, and incident response workflows. Setup uses AWS IAM Role with a trust relationship and a provided CloudFormation template, requiring no secrets to be shared with StepSecurity.
