Google Play is expanding its platform for PC and paid game titles with several new features. A new PC section in the Games tab improves discovery for PC titles among mobile players. A 'buy once play anywhere' pricing model lets developers offer a single price covering both mobile and PC versions. Game Trials lets players try paid games for a limited time before purchasing, integrated directly into the Android App Bundle with no separate codebase needed. Play Pass now supports PC play for paid titles, and Wishlists with automated discount notifications are being integrated to drive long-term sales. Several new indie titles including Sledding Game, 9 Kings, and Potion Craft are joining the platform in 2026.
