I saw a friend of mine using it one day and I thought it looked cool.
Then another friend put together an outstanding presentation using Excalidraw and I fell in love with it. However, it was only until I realized that Obsidian had an extension for it that I started using it.
It’s an amazing tool. I used to be a whimsical user(which is also great), but now that I have it all available in obsidian, I don’t think I’ll ever use it again 😄

been using it for years. One beautiful tool for sketching and diagraming. Once you master the keyboard shortcuts you become a ninja of diagramming.
