Emmett Shear, former CEO of Twitch, is founding a new AI startup called Stem AI, with support from Andreessen Horowitz. Stem AI aims to create human-aligned AI. Adam Goldstein, co-founder of Hipmunk, joins as a co-founder. The startup has been in stealth mode since June 2023 and focuses on AI design, safety, and regulation.
