Etsy has launched a native app within ChatGPT, enabling conversational shopping across its 100 million+ listings. Users can tag @Etsy in a prompt to get personalized product recommendations in natural language. This replaces an earlier Instant Checkout integration that ended in March after low sales volume. Etsy is also testing a conversational gift-finding assistant on its own platform.
