The Microsoft Fabric Capacity Metrics app may show a NoCapacitiesInRegion error on the Health page even when capacity is assigned. This occurs when a Power BI Pro capacity is assigned to the workspace instead of a Fabric capacity. Switching the workspace to use a Fabric capacity resolves the issue and allows the health monitoring features to work properly.
