Epic Games and Disney have launched the largest IP toolset for Fortnite to date, enabling developers to build Star Wars-themed games using Unreal Editor for Fortnite (UEFN) and Fortnite Creative. The toolset includes Star Wars templates, characters, vehicles, weapons, lightsaber and force power customization, and updated UI elements. Four UEFN starter islands and two Fortnite Creative flat grid islands are available, plus three new published games made with partner studios. Developers must join the Fortnite Developer Program, follow Star Wars Brand Rules, and share 20% of engagement payouts with Disney. Additional features like first-person weapon support and custom inventories are planned.
