I have observed that many junior developers develop their systems without having a clear system design nor any software diagram thus they accept any design thrown to them.
I think this an area most of us fail on.
Am open to objection or any support.

Yeah, just developing is not the end today, we have to wait and watch for experience, accessibility, performance with the feedback of end users.
