More like it actively threatens his business, no need to go to an office, no need for cross-city commutes, no need for electric cars in particular, Tesla depends on people commuting to and from work every single day.
This also highlights the BS environmentalism of Elon’s companies, environmentally it’s far better for people to not be commuting at all than it is for them to be commuting with EVs, but Tesla can’t benefit from that so Elon has a problem with it

His opinion is complete BS. He says it isn’t fair for those who can’t work from home. That’s just absolutely ridiculous.
Using the same line of thought, can I also say that it’s unfair for those working on assembly lines not having a nice, spacious office with air-conditioner?

I personally know two people who work for him and they say he is a tyrant. Will literally walk around trying to see if anyone is on their phones for any reason and then will fire them. Apparently the employees do not like it when he shows up…so yeah I would say his thoughts on work from home are crap.

It is ironic that he talks about moral rights when he tweet shitcoins and makes millions of dollars in a minute while lots of people losing money! He does this kind of stuff every day and it is morally okay but someone who can work from home is morally wrong?!
I made a flexible work-from-home policy for my team for more than a decade, before it become cool or even forced by COVID and I couldn’t be happier with productivity!
Working in the office makes a 9-5 mentality which became a justification for work just because you are in the office, but when you are at home your justification of work is based on your performance.
