Dashbit, Oban, and the Erlang Ecosystem Foundation launched a 12-month trial program providing up to $700 USD stipends for community members to speak about Elixir and Erlang at conferences outside the BEAM ecosystem. The program covers hotel and transportation costs for events with 150+ attendees, requires speakers to present in-person, and expects a post-event report. Applications are processed through the EEF website with a total budget of $7000.
