Elastic Universal Profiling agent, a continuous profiling solution, is now open source under the Apache 2 license. It empowers users to identify performance bottlenecks, reduce cloud spend, and minimize their carbon footprint. The agent has been implemented with the OpenTelemetry Profiling protocol and provides benefits such as maximizing gross margins, minimizing environmental impact, and accelerating engineering workflows. It can be downloaded from GitHub.
