Dynatrace has released ready-made AI agents for developers, SREs, and IT operations teams that are available immediately without requiring prompt engineering or model training. These agents handle specific operational tasks like Kubernetes troubleshooting, problem summarization, and remediation suggestions. They can be triggered via Dynatrace Workflows on a schedule or in response to events, or accessed through the Dynatrace MCP Server which integrates with external tools like IDEs, Claude Code, Microsoft Copilot, Slack, GitHub Copilot, and AWS DevOps.
