Paperclip is an open-source Node.js and React platform for orchestrating teams of AI agents as a virtual company. It provides org charts, budgets, governance, goal alignment, heartbeat scheduling, and cost controls — letting users coordinate agents like Claude Code, Codex, Cursor, and others toward shared business goals. A single deployment can run multiple isolated companies. Self-hosted with an embedded PostgreSQL database, it requires no account and starts with a single npx command. A marketplace called Clipmart for sharing pre-built company templates is planned.
