Dreaming of a strong and statically-typed PHP

PHP type system is perfectly balanced.
It enforces types anywhere a contract can be written without requiring the verbosity of casts or redondant type declaration.
With it, you can encapsulate fonctions and models easily.
I dont see any value in the proposal.

Eventually php will have a slightly better type system and this “new” lang will become obsolete. Just add type system is like destroy what php users like so it needs to be friendly and possibly to do that needs to be slow and planned.
