Running multiple AI coding agents simultaneously can lead to burnout through constant context switching and notification overload. When ready to scale, do it slowly (one session at a time), plan agent check-ins in advance rather than reacting to pings, silence non-urgent notifications, and use a proper orchestration tool like Codex, Claude, Conductor, or Emdash.
