<p>I would also add, dont limit inputs with maxlength. users might not notice, their input stopped accepting new characters, or if they copied/pasted, they might not realize it got cut off. Instead use validation to ensure that it is within limits, and maybe provide a character count below to let users know when the exceed.</p>
