Docker Desktop 4.30 introduces enhancements in connectivity with SOCKS proxy support, integration with NTLM and Kerberos proxies, enhanced container isolation for build commands, and improved performance on WSL 2. Additionally, there are new Docker Desktop build features and upcoming changes to Dev Environments. Docker Desktop also now supports Red Hat Enterprise Linux beta.
