Great article! I would like to underline how commenting can be made much more useful via addons - e.g. Better Comments mentioned in the article would color the comments for TODO’s etc. I do find it so useful.
Also, tools like Codeium, probably also Pieces or Github Copilot, can write code off comments, so just as a honorable mention - why not comments first and get the code from LLM :)
