codehelium is a lightweight editor component for compiling and executing user-written code via Pyodide/Emscripten/Webassembly. It is usable as a React component with support for Python code editing/execution. You can use it in your React application by installing the codehelium package and importing the component. It allows you to obtain the stdout or stderr from user-written code and initialise your own Pyodide instance. Future work includes support for importing external Python packages, coding in other languages, and controlling editor themes and custom-styling.
