Firefox DevTools are often too code-centric for designers and creative professionals. This post argues for more visual, interactive tooling in browser DevTools — covering animations (play/pause/seek panels, cubic-bezier editors), CSS transforms (visual distortion), color pickers, image/sprite management, layout helpers (flexbox, z-index, stacking contexts, rulers), and element geometry editing. Several features were already in progress for Firefox 37–38, and the author calls for community involvement to close the remaining gaps.
