Deploy Postgres and MySQL databases with PlanetScale + Workers

Cloudflare is deepening its PlanetScale partnership to let developers create and manage PlanetScale Postgres and MySQL databases directly from the Cloudflare dashboard, with billing consolidated to a single Cloudflare account. Databases automatically integrate with Cloudflare Workers via Hyperdrive, which handles connection pooling and query caching. Workers can be co-located near the primary database using explicit placement hints to minimize latency. Unified billing for new PlanetScale databases via Cloudflare is launching next month, with PlanetScale Postgres starting at $5/month.
