Deno should just give up its all about Bun now lol

Deno forces me to rewrite all imports in the whole project, not supporting import from index files using higher level module name, and forces me to add <code>.ts</code> to every single import. This is for me annoying and keeps me with node for now. As I know, bun doesn’t have such problems.
