An anonymous Substack post by 'DeepDelver,' a former Delve client, accuses Y Combinator-backed compliance startup Delve of fabricating evidence, generating auditor conclusions before any independent review, and falsely telling hundreds of customers they achieved 100% compliance with HIPAA and GDPR. The post claims Delve works with two audit firms — Accorp and Gradient — that rubber-stamp pre-generated reports, constituting 'structural fraud.' Delve, which raised $32M at a $300M valuation, denies the claims, saying it is only an automation platform and that final reports are issued solely by independent licensed auditors. The company also says its templates are not pre-filled evidence.
