I’ve noticed that when my ADHD kicks in, I start running mental infinite loops:

<li>Refactoring code that doesn’t need refactoring</li>
<li>Starting three side projects while a bug sits unsolved in front of me</li>
</ul>
It feels like my brain is throwing exceptions faster than I can catch them.
Over time, I’ve had to treat my focus like part of my dev environment. 
Instead of just fixing bugs in my codebase, I started looking at the “bugs” in my own patterns:

<li>Lack of focus = memory leak</li>
<li>Burnout = runtime crash</li>
<li>Multitasking = spaghetti code</li>
</ul>
That’s why I built Clariti — not just for others, but for myself. 
It’s my way of creating a clean mental workspace, so I can actually finish what I start (without 47 TODOs haunting me).
