Debian has released an update for its stable distribution, Debian 12, with version 12.11, known as 'bookworm'. This point release addresses security issues and fixes serious problems but does not constitute a new version. Users who frequently update through security.debian.org won't need many additional package updates. New installation images will be available soon. A known issue with the Linux kernel affects the watchdog and w83977f_wdt modules on the amd64 architecture, which will be fixed in a future update.
