There are far more imaginative transitions one can do to bring spark and joy to a website experience.

Generally agree, and would love to see an internet where inaccessible features are opt-in, rather than forcing impacted users to opt out; however, there are plenty of strategies for implementing scroll-based animations while considering accessibility, layout shifts, Core Web Vitals, SEO, etc. — missed opportunity, here, to shift focus to best (or least harmful) practice. Give some next steps, especially since (as the author notes) sometimes we just have to design/build what’s requested 🤷‍♂️
