Anthropic has open-sourced 11 plugins covering productivity, sales, finance, legal, marketing, and other domains. Plugins are file-based components that define how Claude accesses tools, data, and processes, enabling teams to build consistent, context-aware workflows. The feature is available as a research preview for paid Claude users, with org-wide sharing capabilities coming soon.
