Iso Middle Earth is an open-source isometric map builder themed around Tolkien's Middle-earth. Built with Next.js 16, React 19, TypeScript, and Zustand, it lets users paint tile-by-tile maps across 7 realms (Shire, Gondor, Mordor, etc.) on adjustable grids up to 20x20. Features include character overlays, undo support, PNG/JSON export-import, community collections browsing, and local state persistence. The project is self-hostable and accepts community contributions.
