Opt-in optimized text wrapping in CSS, with the 'text-wrap: pretty' feature introduced in Chrome 117. It helps avoid widows and orphans, adjusts hyphenation, and ensures better line wrapping and text breaking.

This is awesome. It always felt like this was lacking.

Nice, hopefully FF will support it soon.

A bit annoyed that text-wrap: balance and text-wrap: pretty essentially both do the same thing, but not really apparently. CSS already has confusing naming conventions, and it feels like we’re making it worse without thinking these things through.
