🚀 Create An Attractive GitHub Profile README 📝

In my first days as an HTML and CSS beginner, it was 1999 (25 years, if you would rather not count), I played with Microsoft FrontPage with GIF-Animations. A lot of fun. 25 years ago. I don’t think we should archive this style on a professional GitHub profile today.
But beside that, there are useful tips.

Exploiting GitHub’s CSS injection vulnerability was amazing though.

Personally, I don’t like GitHub profiles like this. Hiring managers don’t care how many stars, commits, PRs, or consecutive days you commit, this only shows that you have nothing to show and have to try to distract them.
Tell a bit about yourself, pin the most relevant projects, and add a link to your LinkedIn profile.
Your profile should be like your CV: clean and minimalistic.

In the “About Me” section, I also recommend telling a little bit about your personal live. e.g. your country, hobby’s, pets. This helps people familiarize a lot better with you!
And absolutely don’t forget jokes &amp; emoji’s! The last thing you want is a boring Readme 😉
