CopilotKit has raised $27M in a Series A round led by Glilot Capital, NFX, and SignalFire to expand its enterprise toolkit for deploying app-native AI agents. The company's open-source AG-UI protocol standardizes how AI agents connect to and communicate with user interfaces, enabling dynamic, interactive UIs rather than plain text responses. AG-UI is already supported by Google, Microsoft, Amazon, Oracle, LangChain, and others, with millions of weekly installs and Fortune 500 adoption. CopilotKit is also launching CopilotKit Enterprise Intelligence, a self-hostable bundle for fully deploying agents within apps, targeting enterprises that want optionality and self-hosting over vertically integrated platforms like Vercel's AI SDK.
