Convex announces a formal program offering credits to open source projects and launches a landing page showcasing sponsored projects. The company continues its commitment to open source by gradually releasing more platform components for self-hosting, building on previous initiatives like releasing Chef and joining the Open Source Pledge. Open source projects can now apply for Convex credits, with priority given to projects Convex depends on.

<p>the project is kind of lame, if you are intending to run it on prem, you can only run around 200 concurent users if you add postgres as db, i wont even talk about sqlite.</p>
