Convex is launching enterprise plans targeting larger teams and companies migrating onto the platform. Two new tiers are introduced: a Business Plan at $2,500/month with no annual commitment, and a custom Enterprise Plan with annual contracts and precommit discounts. Both include dedicated infrastructure, SSO, audit logging, fine-grained access policies, SLAs, and compliance reports. Alongside the enterprise launch, Convex is updating its self-serve Free, Starter, and Pro plans: concurrent deployments increase from 120 to 300, file bandwidth pricing is replaced with a cheaper data egress metric at $0.11/GB (nearly 3x cheaper), and vector bandwidth is replaced with a clearer Search Queries metric. Network ingress becomes free. Most existing customers will see lower bills. Changes roll out in May.
