Remedy Entertainment appointed Jean-Charles Gaudechon as CEO, effective March 1, 2026. Gaudechon brings over 15 years of experience from EA, where he led operations in Asia and managed live-service titles like FIFA Mobile and Battlefield Heroes. The appointment follows former CEO Tero Virtala's departure in October 2025 after their self-published title FBC: Firebreak underperformed. Gaudechon plans to help Remedy scale while maintaining independence in game development and publishing.
