A CSS-only technique for connecting two circles with a curved line that dynamically adjusts based on the circles' distance and positions. Built using cutting-edge CSS features including Anchor Positioning, shape(), border-shape, and if(). Currently Chrome-only, the implementation uses minimal CSS and supports multiple circles and links.
