The proposed framework includes a Technical Steering Committee (TSC) of five members modeled after Fedora's FESCo, a Community and Marketing Committee for outreach and dispute escalation, an Infrastructure Team, and a Board focused on coordination with SUSE, trademark management, and final appeals.
