My favourite is when they ask for your input, you give it, they say no and implement their own solution, that solution fails within a month and then they ask you to fix it by implementing YOUR solution that was originally rejected and try to make out that it’s their idea.

It’s like keep sharing your ideas, until it matches the manager’s one !
