In order to save 25$ corporate is willing to pay 8 hours in your hourly rate plus another amount of hourly rates for somebody to handle and approve the documents.

I would fill them. If anything ask I would say this guy gave me forms to fill them. Especially when company advertised trainings on recruitment process 🤷
