I feel this could be done in two panels. A great comic is funny in the setup and punchline. The lack of changing and repetition adds little.

I think you can slightly shorten the feedback loop by asking specific questions about feature „X”.

Maybe putting deadlines to feedback might help, but again, if the person responsible for the feedback knows that the deadline has no real consequences for him, he might ignore it completely.
