Sales: But we can easily add it before deployment.
Right… This was the very reason (other than transcripts and summaries) why we started recording those meetings. 😉
This comic really is the modern version of old-school Dilbert. 😁

I once worked somewhere that had a commission structure where the sales team got paid at the signature. Unsurprisingly, 3 months became the default answer for everything. That 3 month project actually took 18 months because turns out, building a product that literally doesn’t exist yet is slightly harder than a PowerPoint slide suggests.

and now they said: “Yes, in 3 days because we have AI”
