Two things that triggers me here.

More people should learn how to communicate effectively. Like “Are you free for a call?” then talks about some low prio that could have been a Slack chat.

More people should learn about asynchronous and synchronous communication. Not everything needs to have a call.
</li>
</ol>

I starting morning from answering all emails, chats etc and when ignoring everything until next morning. It is only one way to be focused on work.
