Ohh, so now it’s a blame game thingy?! This will not end well. LOL

I would really like to know the follow up on this to actually hear from a manager like this what IS important… 😁

I’ve been there.
We’ve warned the people in charge multiple times and they always played it down.
When the whole system crashed, we developers had to come in 7 days a week to fix the mess.
And they literally said “Let’s not blame anyone here!”.
But they also say that they earn the big bucks because they carry all the responsibility.
But no one of them took any responsiblity. On the contrary. We got insights into some internal manager meetings, where they blamed the “stupid developers”.
Well, these stupid developers then quit and did not take their (very generous) counter-offers to stay.

This one hits a part of my soul that will never heal.

I’m in this picture and I’m tired of it.
