Three times over the course of my career, when I got a promotion or moved to a different position, they hired two people to replace me. I used to look at that with a bit of pride, but as I got older, I just felt more and more like a sucker.

I had this in my current job, I’m a former in development. All my students are happy of what I teach them and 75% success at the end.
My superiors told me it’s too low, we need 100%, And I should go talk to companies for find myself internships for my students, And obviously with a low pay and no way to go up.
