Cloudflare has launched Dynamic Workers, an isolate-based runtime built on V8 that executes AI-generated code in milliseconds without containers or VMs. Targeting enterprise AI agent workloads, it offers ~100x faster startup and 10-100x better memory efficiency than containers. The platform includes a 'Code Mode' that has LLMs write TypeScript functions against defined APIs to reduce token usage and latency. Enterprise security controls include outbound request interception, automated code scanning, and rapid V8 patch rollouts. Available in open beta on the Workers paid plan at $0.002 per unique Worker per day (waived during beta).
