Cloudflare Calls is a WebRTC infrastructure that allows developers to build real-time audio/video apps. It eliminates the need for manual selection of server locations, supports dual-stack networking, and offers an unopinionated approach to bandwidth management. Cloudflare Calls also provides a TURN service and is now in open beta with limited free usage.
