I hate when my boss gives me remote access to a client’s computer to fix something, and they keep moving the mouse as if to show me what I need to do next. One time we got a call to from a client who couldn’t setup the TLS Cert in our web-app. HE CALLED, yet when I connected he didn’t let me do what I want.

It’s funny, I’ve met a lot of clients who present themselves as more knowledgeable than me and try to act like my teacher.
They don’t really know much, but to negotiate a discount, they’ll pretend that the task is easy and something they could do themselves if they had the time.
One client even told me my price was too high and insisted the job would only take ten minutes. But in reality, they don’t know anything.
