Cisco has announced patches for a critical vulnerability in Unified Communications and Contact Center Solutions products. The vulnerability could allow an attacker to execute arbitrary commands on the underlying operating system with root access. Cisco recommends updating to a patched version and implementing access control lists (ACLs) to mitigate the bug.
