The new tier targets developers and enterprise users with 5x higher usage limits than Plus and 10x Codex usage for a limited time. This move mirrors Anthropic's Claude pricing strategy, which also offers a $100 mid-tier plan aimed at the coding audience. The Pro plan includes access to GPT-5, Codex, Deep Research, image creation, memory, and file uploads.
